Lead Environment Artist (Remote Site)

Motorstorm Apocalypse was a multi-site development with 14 of the tracks being developed in Studio Liverpool. I was responsible for the delivery of all elements of these tracks and led the Studio Liverpool team of env artists
The challenges on this project were the obvious physical separation and the remote team's lack of familiarity with the MotorStorm pipeline. Liaising regularly with various departments at Evolution, I was able to ensure the artistic and techinical requirements were implemented to a high quality under some tight deadlines.
The stylistic delivery of the Studio Liverpool team is so close that I believe no hint of a remote development is perceivable in the final product while the tracks are just as fun to play. In particular I am proud of the dynamic events that were co-developed as they were some of the most ambitious attempted.
